Well, Now That I Think About It..

Last week we had to send in our report on Binh’s progress to our agency. As many of you know, we have to send this every six months until, um…, I don’t really remember. Is it three years old or three years home? Then, we send a report yearly until he’s 18. This is the first time we have been able to write the update letter instead of our social worker. It’s actually kind of fun to reflect on all the experiences we’ve had together and all Binh has learned to do in the last six months.

Now that I think about it, I wonder if it will sound strange to the Vietnamese government that our son can now “count to ten in both English and Spanish”… I didn’t tell them about the smattering of Mandarin Chinese that he picked up from Kai Lan that he also uses around the house..

Next thing you know he’ll be on the Big Bang Theory show. I’m just glad to see that he received his Uncle Ryan’s intellegence… Entelligence… Intellegents… You know what I mean!
