Home Again

Here’s a quick little post to let you all know that we made it back safely from our Thanksgiving trip to the boonies. I say boonies in a loving way, because there are times that it is actually really fun to be on top of a mountain in the woods.

We saw Ash’s family. I’ll post more about that later, but we ate lots of food (that’s just what you do). We laughed and visited and let the kids run wild in the country. They loved every minute of it. I think they sacked out every night in the car while we were there and we had to carry them into the cabin to bed where they didn’t wake up until the next morning.

I’ll go into greater detail later, but right now I have laundry to do. Isn’t there always laundry to do?

Hey Sis, I’m glad to little ones had fun and I’m glad to see that they have a little AR and IN in their blood.
I hope Ashley got to spend quality time with his family and all went well.

Yes, there is always laundry to do. I think it multiplies at night like Gremlins.

I am glad you all made it home safely! I have been praying for Ash and his dad (all of you, really).

And, yes, there is ALWAYS laundry to do. Just when I have it caught up, Lilly pukes on the bedding and it ALL has to be washed (some ironed as well). She likes to keep me working all the time, it seems. 🙂

Oh, yes, always laundry. Always, always, always. Though I saw a lady on Oprah the other day who does all of her chores totally naked so that she can get ALL of her laundry clean. Umm . . . I think I’d rather have dirty laundry, but whatever. 🙂
